Description

The first step is to package Luciole for Debian Squeeze, from its source code.

  • Status changed from New to In Progress
  • Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
  • Target version changed from 2011-11 to 2012-02
  • % Done changed from 0 to 10
  • Estimated time changed from 1:00 h to 5:00 h

Unfortunately Luciole is built upon Ubuntu only and depends from packages that are currently hosted by Debian multimedia, not the official Debian. For instance mjpegtools and its dependencies fail to install from the multimedia repository:

$ sudo apt-get install mjpegtools
[…]
Essayez « apt-get -f install » sans paquet

Investigations are required to understand what the issue is exactly. We may not be able ship Luciole in a near future due to its dependencies…

Actions #4

Updated by Jean-Michel Philippe over 11 years ago

  • Status changed from In Progress to Rejected
  • % Done changed from 10 to 100
  • Estimated time changed from 5:00 h to 1:00 h

In the meanwhile the blocking bug in Stopmotion, about non-ASCII chars in file names/directories, has been fixed. There is then no more real reason to want Luciole replace Stopmotion.
