TBO documentation is using TBO files. They are SVG files and cannot be easily translated currently (you have to use TBO to edit them).
I started to look at how to translate SVG files months ago with the idea in mind of having background images with text in DDL. We should be able in the future to extract TBO documentation texts into PO files then post them on Transifex. However we may still need to adjust text positioning manually afterwards, since we cannot recompute size and position automatically.
