Description

There is a main issue in LXDE sessions that prevent all Gnome apps to show their embedded documentation. Debian bugs have been opened but for Epiphany and Empathy. I now believe it is purely due to the LXDE session since help pages correctly show in a Gnome session on Debian/Squeeze, but not in the standard LXDE session.

A workaround has been found using DBus message spying (see revision 2613). Although the error message is still displayed by Gnome apps, the help pages show up thanks to a Python script running background in every session. Note that the issue finally doesn't seem to come from Lxsession but from Gvfs since it has disappeared in Debian Wheezy and the Lxsession version of Wheezy doesn't solve the issue in Debian Squeeze after backporting.
