Description

Hi, i downloaded the 2012-03 snapshot
It runs correctly from the usb key but if i try to install it to an hard disk i have several problems:

the installation script scan for disk then select targets searching for ide or scsi disks, this procedure works in 1.1 version but in squeeze version fails because, on the same pc, now disk are listed as "PCI".
so it does not find any disk

i fixed that by adding PCI to the filter in the script and installation works but then when i reboot, it boots to the initial menu and after i select the option freezes for a while on the bonjour splash screen and then fails saying that the medium does not contain any live file system

i really wish to use the squeeze version as i want to try to configure a wifi usb adapter and i think it will be easier on squeeze, also the soundcard needs additional firmwares and again on squeeze would be easier to get it working

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our project. The are several known bugs in the development version, see ticket #519. I think you have solved the first bug listed in this ticket and may be facing the second one. If the installer didn't create the swap and data partitions at all, you may find a solution in ticket #550.

Good luck!
