Description
As we'll gain more visibility, our work may meet people who are not all friendly with our project :(. We have joined the OIN to be able to face the patent threat. There is another remaining threat: trademarks and reserved names. Currently 2 names have been identified as potentially contestable:
- SuperTuxKart for Mario Kart ? already included in DDL
- Super Mario Chronicle for Super Mario ? not included but could be one day
Note that the official trademark potentially conflicting is to be checked ;). We need to find a lawyer specialized in marks to be advised on this complicated topic.

It seems the Software Freedom Law Center may help us on this topic:

Debian folks recently collaborated with them to have guide lines concerning patents.
