Description

Marija proposes that clicking on any icon plays a sound that tells its name. This way children who cannot read yet could start naming applications. They would even be able to improve their reading when they just start to read. However as clicking icons also starts the application, maybe we could change a little her proposal and have the sound played when mouse stays above an icon long enough, à la Pysycache menu.

Technically it may be possible to use any hidden accessibility feature of Gtk to implement this idea. If not, we would have to change LxLauncher and GDM, unless we provide a GDM replacement that does this (see ticket #111). For LxLauncher it would be interesting to contact their authors first.
