Activate NTP on installed systems

Description

Although it may be annoying to activate NTP systematically in DoudouLinux (because of boxes that store time in local time or UTC, because of a possible wrong time zone, etc.), it would be very useful on DoudouLinux installed systems.
Maybe we would also need to ask user for time zone at install? Or at least inform him that he may have some tunings to perform.

No need to bother with an NTP server, just use “ntpdate” which should already have an ifup/ifdown script. However activating NTP may require that the system timezone is first correctly set and this is not currently the case…
