Improve GDM screen lower part

Description
The lower part of GDM contains 3 clickable texts. Both first ones should certainly be removed (language, session) as the last one should be more visible (switches computer off…). A large icon would be appreciated. Moreover the GDM menu for halt/reboot/etc. is really technical. It should be cleaned or removed, which supposes users then halt computer using its power-off button (logical, no?).

Finally we kept the session and language menus because they can be useful for debuggers. Halt and reboot button have been put alone on the right side (see the attached image). We now have to create a version for RTL languages.
