Shutdown screen contains Bonjour instead of Au revoir

How did you manage to see it? I have nearly never seen it, shutdown process is usually bugging and ends with a “hard” shutdown (the computer power button).

I use VirtualBox and it allows to see everything quite well (see attachment)

Ok, but you're shutting down from a session or from the menu of activities? My trials on real hardware doesn't give the same results if I shutdown from a session or from the menu of activities. It also seems the shutdown screen is quickly displayed, removed from screen to let the console show, then displayed again in some situations.
