Stopmotion accepts any non-ASCII character in file names while saving, but it is not able to load them when the name has non-ASCII characters. A Debian bug report is required since this is also the case of the official Debian version. A sample file is attached.

Tests are successful, we still need to manage the problem of the user configuration file encoding.
