Lxpanel volume control should also set “master mono”

Description
Depending on how many internal loud-speakers are connected on the computer, the main “master” volume works or not. In case only one loud-speaker is connected, users should use “master mono” from the volume control tool because it is not possible to tell Lxpanel to use it instead of “master”. As a result, we should patch Lxpanel to make its volume control tune both volumes at the same time, since only one is working – but we don't know which one in advance.
