Task #312: Improve lxlauncher
Better arrangement of icons in lxlauncher

Description
Lxlauncher is currently arranging its application icons in the traditional, boring, top-down left-right (or right-left) order. We would like to have funnier arrangements:
- circle / ellipse
- square
- rainbow
- spiral
The idea is to adapt the arrangement to the (future) background image and be able to put our characters in the center of the screen, with icons around them. As a start, we don't need all the listed arrangements, only circle/ellipse, but we have to think the code so that placement algorithms can be easily added afterwards. The chosen placement should be specified using a configuration file or a command line argument.
NB: maybe we'll have to deal with left-to-right and right-to-left languages to control from which side of the screen placement is starting.
