Description

The CD build process is failing when Songwrite2 is in the package list. We're getting the following error messages:

Package dependencies have been updated. The command update-desktop-database is provided by the package desktop-file-utils which was certainly installed by another package but is no more in DDL/Squeeze.

Note that we had to recompile the Squeeze packages since it's using Python 2.6 instead of 2.5 for Lenny.

It now gets installed but it doesn't run because of a missing English PO file. A backport from Gondwana scripts may be required to avoid deleting this file.

The missing PO file may be caused by an obsolete rewrite script. A test is on the way with rewrite script backported from Gondwana.

The new upstream version doesn't include our translations. It's then complaining about a missing translation file as soon as it is not English or French.

I've just backported changes I made for Gondwana 1.1 and it now works again, except that I now have an issue with Texlive fonts for PDF export. Indeed I switched to the latest version of Songwrite, which caused difficulties. It'll be ready for 2011-11 though :).
