download/index.php causes mirror script to copy both spip/ and web/

Description
Because the script download/index.php is always redirecting to web/, when snapshotting spip/ we are also getting web/. To avoid this, we need to add a referrer watch in download/index.php to redirect to spip/ when coming from spip/. Moreover writer contributors will not get into web/ while thinking they're testing their work in spip/…
