Create a Debian usertag for bug reports
Description
To enhance our action visibility in the Debian community, we need to create a common user tag for our project:
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting#tags
http://wiki.debian.org/bugs.debian.org/usertags
This may require a common email address.

There are several techniques to tag our bug reports. They're listed at the end of the following ARM page:

We need to create a mail account <developers@ddl.org>.

We now have the email <developers@doudoulinux.org> active. We can send mail to the bug report robot to have our bug reports tagged :).

We have to use the user tag doudoulinux. Our census page has been updated:

We now have to update our documentation pages online to tell how to report bugs upstream to Debian.
