Feature #81: Improve CD boot and shutdown
Allow to disable boot/shutdown music or audio messages

Description
Supposing that some people might be fed up with hearing the DDL music and audio messages several times per day, it could be nice to include a small interface to set these features off. The interface would record its data in a configuration file of /etc/defaults/ arranged in persistent file using a link.
