Move remaining lxlauncher customization files to ddl-utils
Description
There are still customization files for lxlauncher in live/…/skel/.config/. They change the lxlauncher menu and session start/stop parameters (splash and sounds). We should move them to the package doudoulinux-utils and adapt lxlauncher-session to use this changes.

The /etc/skel/ directory has now moved to the new package doudoulinux-activities, this issue is then solved!
