I can see both signs on Transifex, please check up your browser or system configuration. You may be missing the fonts required to display such characters.

I meant I cannot see it at POEdit, so it's system fonts. I don't know which ones...

So don't I! I don't have this issue either, # and b signs are standard unicode characters, you need to find a font which ships these characters.
